Just Blurt ("we", "our", "the App") is a voice note application that records your voice, processes it with AI, and organizes the results in your Notion workspace. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

2. Information We Collect

Email address (for account creation and login)
Apple ID information (if using Sign in with Apple)

2.2 Voice Recordings

Audio recordings you create within the App
Recordings are temporarily uploaded to our secure servers for AI processing
Audio files are automatically deleted from our servers after processing is complete

2.3 Processed Content

Transcriptions generated from your voice recordings
AI-structured notes (summaries, action items, key points)
Classification metadata (type, tags, language)

2.4 Notion Integration Data

Notion OAuth access token (stored securely on our servers)
Notion workspace name and selected database/page IDs
We do not read or store your existing Notion content

3. How We Use Your Information

4. Third-Party AI Processing and User Consent

Before your first recording, Just Blurt will ask for your explicit consent to process your voice data using AI. Your voice recordings are sent to Google Gemini AI (operated by Google) for transcription and content structuring. No voice data is sent to any third-party service without your prior permission.

Your voice recordings (audio files) are uploaded to our secure server
Audio is then sent to Google Gemini AI for transcription and structuring

Who receives the data

Google Gemini AI processes your audio for transcription
Supabase temporarily stores audio files during processing
Notion API receives the final structured notes (with your authorization)

How data is protected

All transmissions use HTTPS encryption
Audio files are deleted from our servers after processing
Google Gemini processes data in real-time and does not retain your audio

4. 제3자 AI 처리 및 사용자 동의

첫 녹음 전에 Just Blurt은 AI를 통한 음성 데이터 처리에 대한 명시적 동의를 요청합니다. 음성 녹음은 전사 및 콘텐츠 구조화를 위해 Google Gemini AI(Google 운영)로 전송됩니다. 사전 동의 없이는 어떠한 음성 데이터도 제3자 서비스로 전송되지 않습니다.
